This Withdrawal Information applies only to the paid Moddingflow Premium subscription when it is purchased through the Moddingflow website, account area, or a connected payment page.
It is not a completed withdrawal statement, but it includes a model withdrawal form below. It does not describe free website functions, does not amend the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Legal Information, and does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Temporary or permanent account suspension, mute, or another moderation restriction does not cancel the right of withdrawal, auto-renewal cancellation, receipt access, or a refund request where such rights exist under law, this information, or a support decision. If access to community functions is restricted, the user may still use the available billing area, lock screen, email, or post for Premium and payment-related actions.

Moddingflow Premium is a paid digital service or set of paid website features. It is a full website subscription, not a donation or voluntary support payment. Depending on what is stated in the interface or on the payment page, Premium may include:
Premium does not provide increased download speed, guaranteed bandwidth, or premium support. Under the current offer, Premium is provided as a 30-day subscription for EUR 4.99. Checkout, payments, receipts, refunds, and part of the payment-method management are handled by Stripe.
The contract for Moddingflow Premium is concluded when Premium is successfully ordered and paid for through the stated checkout, unless the payment page expressly says otherwise.
Confirmation of the contract and access may be provided by Premium activation in the account, a subscription status, an email or receipt from Stripe or another payment provider, an account message, a billing-page record, or another confirmation on a durable medium.
If you are a consumer under applicable EU or German law and you enter into a distance contract for a paid digital service, you generally have a right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB, unless a statutory exception applies or the right has legally ended. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
This withdrawal information is intended to provide information about the right of withdrawal under Art. 246a § 1 Abs. 2 EGBGB.
The withdrawal period begins when the contract is concluded. For Moddingflow Premium, contract conclusion generally means successful payment and Premium activation in your account, unless the checkout or payment page clearly says otherwise.
For a subscription, this right of withdrawal arises when the paid contract is first concluded. Automatic renewal of an existing subscription does not create a new 14-day right of withdrawal; renewal cancellation and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected under section 10.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send the operator an unequivocal statement that you withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires. You may send that statement by email or post using the contact details above. It is sufficient for the withdrawal statement to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Premium is intended to be available immediately after successful payment. Before checkout, the website requires a separate express declaration, for example through a required checkbox, that:
These declarations are checked technically and may be stored as a billing or legal record. Without that separate confirmation, checkout should not start. Confirmation of the contract, the declarations, and related notices may be provided or stored on a durable medium, for example by email, Stripe/payment confirmation, receipt, account/billing record, or an account message available to you, where applicable.
Moddingflow Premium is primarily treated as a paid digital service. Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if expressly included in a specific Premium offer, is addressed separately in section 8.
If you expressly request that Premium begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal does not automatically disappear merely because access has been activated. If you validly withdraw, the part already used is calculated proportionately from the agreed total price. The unused remainder of that period is refunded.
For a 30-day subscription, Premium is provided continuously during the paid subscription period. The service for that paid period is fully performed only after that period has ended and access has actually been provided; technical activation of the account alone is not enough.
Example: if Premium costs EUR 4.99 for 30 days and you withdraw after 7 days, the proportionate value compensation is EUR 1.16. The proportionate refund is EUR 3.83 if withdrawal is declared within the 14-day withdrawal period and the right of withdrawal still legally exists.
Withdrawal after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired does not give a right to a refund for the first paid period. You may cancel automatic renewal for the end of the current period without a refund for that period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If the digital service for the paid period has been fully performed before the withdrawal period expires, and before performance began you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would end after full performance, the right of withdrawal may end to the extent provided by law.
If Premium includes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as individual files, downloads, or materials expressly included in a Premium offer, special rules apply to that content. This section does not make files or downloads the main subject of Premium unless they are expressly included in the specific Premium offer.
In practical terms for downloadable files:
If the right of withdrawal for such digital content still exists and you validly withdraw, you do not owe value compensation under § 357a(3) BGB for the provision of that digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Statutory rules on ending further use of digital products after contract termination remain unaffected.
If you validly withdraw from the contract and the right of withdrawal is still legally available, the operator will refund payments received, minus any value compensation legally owed under section 7, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. Where only the unused part of the paid period must be refunded, the refund is made proportionately.
The refund is processed through Stripe. Usually, the refund is directed to the original payment method if that payment method supports refunds; another refund method is used only if it is expressly agreed with you or necessary for technical reasons. Moddingflow does not charge a separate fee for the refund.
After a valid withdrawal, Premium access and related Premium features may be disabled. For digital products, rules on ending further use after contract termination may also apply.
Premium does not promise a refund for every period that has already started or been used. The table below shows the practical rule. Mandatory statutory rights, defect remedies, and error corrections remain unaffected.
Through subscription and billing management, you can usually submit withdrawal, download or open available receipts, and cancel automatic renewal in a short two-step process and without giving reasons, including during an account suspension where technically and securely possible.

Cancelling auto-renewal is not withdrawal from the already paid period and does not give a refund right for the current period.
If subscription and billing management is unavailable, hidden by a suspension, or does not work for your account, you may still declare withdrawal, request receipts, cancel auto-renewal, or request a refund by email or post. Using the model form is not required; any unequivocal withdrawal statement is sufficient.
A refund or adjustment is also provided to the extent that:
From 19 June 2026, where a statutory right of withdrawal exists for the online contract, an electronic withdrawal function must be available on the online user interface.

Subscription and billing management is the intended online area for withdrawal from the Premium contract, where a statutory right of withdrawal exists, and for cancelling automatic renewal. Withdrawal by email or post remains possible.
The first function must be clearly legible and labelled `Vertrag widerrufen` or with an equivalent unambiguous wording. After the required data has been provided or confirmed, especially name, contract identification, and electronic communication method for the receipt confirmation, the confirmation function must be labelled `Widerruf bestätigen` or with an equivalent unambiguous wording.
After activation of the confirmation function, the operator sends an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium, including at least the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of receipt.
You may copy this model, complete it, and send it by email or post if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Using this model is not mandatory; any other unequivocal withdrawal statement is also sufficient.
