Flame VFX Edit - Hand Patch

Many users in the comments mentioned that the mod didn't show effects correctly or only showed a few of them. I was able to fix the effects, but the hand visuals were still coming from the Inferno mod. So I made a patch that gives all fire spells the hand effects from Flame VFX Edit instead.
